All are welcome to attend the Western Heritage Center’s Holiday Playapalooza event on Saturday, December 07 from 10 am – 2 pm.  This is a free event for children and families to enjoy Billings’ many holiday traditions, explore heritage games and crafts, hear classic stories, and participate in activities like professional face painting, a family photo booth (pictures provided), and a visit with Santa!  Says event coordinator, WHC Collections Manager Cecelia Gavinsky, “This annual event is the WHC’s celebration of our community’s incredible Christmas spirit, and we look forward to welcoming families for an incredible day of holiday joy.”

The annual museum event received the 2024 EdCom Awards for Excellence from the Mountain Plains Museum Association.
