Photographing Montana 1894-1928: The World of Evelyn Cameron
For more than 30 years, spanning the late 19th and 20th centuries, Evelyn Cameron photographed the landscape, wildlife, and people of eastern Montana. Evelyn took thousands of photographs of rural Montana life, badlands, and ranch hands of the old west. Over 40 large format prints made from Cameron's original glass-plate and nitrate negatives are featured in this exhibit organized by the Montana Historical Society. It includes a play area for children.
